After more than a year of working fully remotely, the Campo Architecture & Interior Design office opens its doors again for the team members, clients, and colleges. The newly renovated working space is laid out in compliance with safe social distancing measures.  Project Updates Now Open | The Grady Hotel | Louisville, KY The Grady Hotel in Downtown Louisville had its ribbon cutting ceremony in May and is officially open to the public! The historic renovation turned the formerly known as the J.B. Wilder Building into a luxury hotel with 51 guestrooms. Campo Architects provided Architectural and Historic Tax Credit consulting services for this project, in partnership with Vision Hospitality Group, HGC Construction, and Humanist Hospitality.  Under Construction | JW Marriott Atlantic Hotel |  Savannah, GA Sitting on the West side of the Plant Riverside Entertainment District, the JW Marriott Atlantic Hotel is ready to receive guests. This new construction project has ten stories total, four of them blow grade and six above grade. The building holds hotel rooms, a pool + bar for the JW Marriott, a parking deck, loading bays, and a mechanical plant. On its ground floor, the Atlantic Hotel offers a music venue, ballrooms, and pre-function spaces for the revitalized riverfront. A Grand Opening celebration for the Three Muses, Power Plant, and Atlantic Hotels is scheduled to occur later this fall.  Click here for more 'On the Boards' projects on our website Awards and Accomplishments Kinley Cincinnati Downtown | LEED Silver Certification The U.S. Green Building Council has certified the Kinley Cincinnati Downtown Hotel as a LEED Silver project under the Building Design + Construction: New Construction category. The historic renovation of the previously known as Jeweler's Exchange building carried sustainable practices during design and construction that resulted in the LEED accreditation of the project. Campo Architecture & Interior Design served as Architect of Record and Historic Tax Credit Consultant for the development. JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District received the Grand Prize Charter Award | Congress for the New Urbanism We are pleased to announce that the Congress for New Urbanism has awarded the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District with its Prize Charter Award of 2021!  Campo Happenings  Campo Architects attending the 20th ALIS Conference 2021 and The Lodging Conference  Our founder John T. Campo, Studio Director Miriam Salas, and Interior Design Director Mary Gilmore will be attending this year's Americas Lodging Investment Summit Conference in Los Angeles, California and the Lodging Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
